Introducing

Contribute to Polygon's Developer Community

Sep 27, 2019

Hey everyone, just wanted to let you know that we have posted bounties for creating client libraries at https://www.bountysource.com/teams/polygon-io/issues. We would like to continue to support open source, while also providing ready to use libraries for your language of choice. We’re offering our community a chance to contribute to our project while helping fellow developers.

We know some of you are extremely talented developers, and may have already mapped out all of our endpoints in your language.

Currently, the bounties are listed for the following clients:

However, if you’re using another language and would like to contribute to open sourcing our platform, please contact us.

Requirements:

To ensure we provide users with the necessary information to get started and extensively reference, the bounty hunter should adhere to the following conditions:

  • Methods for both WebSockets and RESTful APIs
  • Well structured code
  • Extensible for future APIs
  • Domain models for the responses given from the APIs
  • Documented
  • Tests written
  • Using that languages best practices

Reward:

We are offering either $400 or 3 months credited toward your Polygon.io account. Your choice.

Thanks! - Polygon.io Team
