In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of both our on-site and remote operations, supporting our diverse talent and development initiatives. • Coordinate interview schedules, ensuring smooth communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, for both on-site and remote teams.
• Develop and maintain the company calendar, scheduling important meetings, and team events, accommodating different time zones and remote participation.
• Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, notes, and databases.
• Aid in organizing and facilitating events and hackathons, with a focus on inclusive participation from our remote team members.
• Oversee the daily operations of the headquarters, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient work environment for employees.
• Manage inventory of office supplies and procurement of equipment as needed.
• Handle the logistics involved in shipping and handling of equipment and resources, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to remote team members, customers, and data centers.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in remote work and talent management to suggest innovative solutions.

• Previous experience in a talent or operations role with exposure to remote teams.
• Proficiency with Google Workspaces, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Meet.
• Strong organizational skills, with an emphasis on time management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
