About this role is looking for its first Customer Success Specialist. As the first Customer Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers’ success and satisfaction. The Customer Success Specialist is the customer’s voice here at You will be essential to our team, supporting and guiding customers throughout their journey integrating with our groundbreaking financial market data platform.   • Ensure that customers get the most out of our platform by monitoring metrics, customer interactions, and feedback.
  • Regularly engage with customers to build strong relationships, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Be the voice of our customers within the organization, conveying their needs and feedback to help drive product improvements and enhancements.
  • Explain complicated concepts in simple, user-friendly terms for customers.
  • Contribute to the development of our knowledge base and customer support documentation to enable self-help resources for our clients.
  • Other duties as needed based on department and/or organizational needs

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of customer relations experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities with a customer-focused approach.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, utilizing analytics to drive strategic initiatives and optimize customer success efforts.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer success tools.
  • Passion for personal and professional growth, aligning with our customer’s mission to unlock purpose and accelerate development for themselves and/or their customers and users.
  • Familiarity with APIs, web technologies, and basic programming concepts. Prior experience in finance or working with financial data is a plus.
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience in understanding and addressing customer needs, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, a related field, or an equal amount of related professional experience.
