Developer Advocate

About this Role

We are looking for a Developer Advocate who will serve as an account representative for developers using our platform. This role involves a mix of support and inbound sales, answering questions developers may have about our product offering, and helping analyze data and debug any issues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Learn polygon.io’s product at a deep level and help customers do the same
• Educate developers about the polygon.io platform and product offerings
• Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to deepen relationships and product usage
• Go beyond the question being asked; understand how our customers define their own success with the product and help them work toward that success.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives by advocating for customers during internal discussions

Skills and Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Experience working closely with engineers
• Development experience using APIs
